Interview with the director, the scenic designers, the dramaturg, the musical director and the choreographer. You will be given an insight into the process of creating a performance, the preparations, the set and costume designs and the dilemmas that the creators face during the rehearsal process.

Egy vidéki kulturális intézményben leváltják az igazgatót: épp a régi igazgató búcsúztatása és az új igazgató beiktatása zajlik. Itt van a minisztérium képviselője, a helyi önkormányzat kulturális felelőse, a régi igazgató és kirúgástól rettegő munkatársai, és itt van az új, fiatal igazgató is, egy baráttal, kinek szerepe még homályos. Az igazgatótanács tehetetlenül követi az eseményeket, jóváhagyásukat senki sem kéri. Furcsa módon szinte mindenkit elkísér a házastársa is a ceremóniára, és lassan rájövünk, hogy ez a közpénzből működő intézmény valójában egy családi vállalkozás, aminek felkavart állóvizét magánéleti viharok is fodrozzák.
One of the goals of our production is through our new and modern re-adaptation, to capture present-day Hungarian reality.
The performance looks for the answer to the "why" in the title, revealing the responsibility of the narrower and wider environment: what is happening in the world, and what are the barriers to human prosperity in us and around us.
